Located on the top of the Anjaneya Hill, just at a distance of 2 kilometres from the Virupaksha Temple, there is the beautiful Yantradharaka Hanuman Temple also known as the Monkey Temple which is present inside a cave. The temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Being one of the most famous attractions of the Anjeyanadri Hill, the Monkey Temple is considered as a sacred spot for Hindus. Queen's Bath which is a part of the Royal Enclosure, this aquatic enclosure was the Royal bath during the times of the Vijayanagara Empire. The structure was built in such a way that no outsiders could enter the bath. A notable design feature of the Royal Bath is that it has no ceiling and it is open to the elements. Daroji Bear Sanctuary, Hampi 
 

Daroji Bear Sanctuary was established in 1994, this sanctuary was converted from a thorny forest to a lush green area which is now inhabited by Sloth Bears. Besides bears, the Sanctuary is known to have jackals and leopards as well. The sanctuary is spread over 80 sq. km and is hugely important to the conservation of these bears.

The summers bring soaring high temperatures and therefore, March to June is a bad time to visit.
