Konark Tourist Places: Where the Sun Meets Timeless Artistry

Konark, is located in Odisha, India, and is visited by many for its architectural marvel, the Sun Temple. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built by King Narasimhadeva I of the Eastern Ganga dynasty in the thirteenth century. Constructed as the vast ideal chariot of the Sun God Surya, this magnificent temple was etched with a touch of the supernatural along with the craftsmanship of an edifice, which is truly magnificent.

The temple has 12 wheels, elaborately carved in stone, which indeed, symbolize the move of time.
