    Arrival in Jaipur – Transfer to Ajmer/Pushkar (145 km / approx. 3 hrs)

    On your arrival at Jaipur Railway Station or Airport, you will be greeted and transferred towards Ajmer/Pushkar. After reaching through the scenic drive through Aravalli landscapes, check in at your hotel and relax for some time.

     

    In the evening, visit the holy town of Pushkar, a very sacred Indian pilgrimage center. Start with a peaceful stroll around the Pushkar Lake, which is lined with many ghats and temples full of spiritual appeal. See the famous Brahma Temple, a unique temple in India, which is solely dedicated to Lord Brahma, the universe creator, and hence a rare and precious spiritual location.

    Following a rejuvenating breakfast, check out from your Pushkar hotel and start your picturesque drive to Udaipur, the City of Lakes. Check into your hotel and relax and unwind for a while.

    During the evening, head for an optional boat ride across the peaceful Lake Pichola (at your own expense), one of the most iconic things to do in Udaipur. 

     

    As dusk falls and golden colors sweep across the lake, look out for the architectural splendor of the City Palace, which runs along the eastern shores of the lake, and the grandeur of the vista offered by Jag Mandir and Jag Niwas (Lake Palace) resting like jewels in the center of the lake. The south bank provides verdant gardens sloping gently down to the water's edge, complementing the peaceful atmosphere.

    Following a wonderful breakfast, set out on a full-day city sightseeing tour of Udaipur, a city famous for its romantic ambiance, royal buildings, and peaceful lakes.

     

    Begin your tour by visiting Fateh Sagar Lake, an artificial lake encircled by hills, and then proceed to the Maharana Pratap Memorial, which is in honor of the mythical Rajput warrior. Have a brief photo stop at Nehru Garden, an island park providing bird's eye views of the lake.

     

    Then walk to the prettily landscaped Saheliyon Ki Bari, or Garden of the Maidens, constructed for the queen and her friends. Drive by the busy Sukhadia Circle, a favorite with the locals, and on to the Bhartiya Lok Kala Museum, where you can see a colorful array of Rajasthani traditional folk art, such as puppets, masks, costumes, and musical instruments.
