Arrival at Cochin International Airport/Railway Station – Munnar
At the airport or railway station in Cochin, your representative will welcome you with open arms and assist with your pick up to get you to Munnar, widely referred to as the "Tea Garden Hill Station of Kerala."
While en route, catch glimpses of the scintillating beauty of scenic countryside and pay brief visits at the fascinating Valara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls, besides the gorgeous Blossom Garden.
After arriving at Munnar, check into your hotel and relax in the cool mountain air and the rolling green tea plantations during the evening.

Munnar Sightseeing
After a yummy breakfast, head out to explore Munnar's scenic charm and natural marvels. Start your day by visiting the Eravikulam National Park (15 km), the home of the threatened Nilgiri Tahr — an unusual mountain goat breed. (Note: The park is closed from 21st January to 15th April for breeding season. For advance booking, contact the Wildlife Division Office, near Panchayat Office, Munnar Town — Ph: 04865 231587, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.)
Proceed your sightseeing with a visit to the Tea Museum (3 km) and surrounding Tea Factory (Closed on Mondays and Good Friday) to know about the history and production of Kerala's famous tea.
Afterwards, visit the peaceful Mattupetty Dam (13 km) and the peaceful Kundala Lake (28 km), where you will get to witness picturesque scenery and maybe a paddle boat ride among misty hills.

Munnar – Thekkady
After a heavy breakfast, depart from your hotel and start driving through the picturesque landscape to Thekkady, a nature lover's haven set in the midst of the Western Ghats. Famous for its dense green forests and rich wildlife, Thekkady provides an idyllic escape into the wild side of Kerala.

Kovalam - Trivandrum - Kovalam (Day Excursion of Trivandrum)
After morning breakfast, set out on a day tour of Trivandrum, the state capital of Kerala, 16 km away from Kovalam. Start your sightseeing by visiting Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, an age-old marvel of the 16th century that's consecrated to Lord Vishnu. This imposing temple, renowned for its sheer grandeur of structure and religiosity, is among the city's most revered landmarks.
Then, visit Trivandrum Zoo, where there are diverse species of wildlife, such as elephants, tigers, and exotic birds. Then go to the Sree Chitra Art Gallery, which houses an extensive collection of Indian art, and the Napier Museum (closed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and public holidays, and opening time between 1:00 PM and 4:45 PM).
If there is time, you may also visit the Science and Technology Museum, which provides interactive exhibits for all ages (closed on Mondays).
