Anchored in Heritage – Welcome to the Queen of the Arabian Sea

You will be greeted upon arrival at Cochin International Airport or Railway Station by our representative and welcomed to your hotel. Referred to as the "Queen of the Arabian Sea," Cochin has a rich maritime heritage shaped by Arabs, Chinese, Dutch, British, and Portuguese merchants.

If time allows, visit famous landmarks like the Chinese Fishing Nets, Dutch Palace (closed on Fridays), Jewish Synagogue (closed on Saturdays and Jewish festivals), St. Francis Church, and Santa Cruz Basilica — each giving a glimpse of the city's rich colonial history. Overnight at the hotel.

  • 2

Into the Misty Hills – Journey from Cochin to Munnar

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin your scenic drive to Munnar, famously known as the “Tea Garden Hill Station of Kerala.” En route, marvel at the cascading beauty of Valara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls, and take a refreshing stroll through the vibrant Blossom Garden.

By evening, immerse yourself in the tranquil charm of Munnar’s sprawling tea plantations. Overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar.

Nature’s Canvas – Exploring the Charms of Munnar

Post-breakfast, embark to discover the picturesque treasures of Munnar. Start with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, which boasts the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, with stunning views of rolling hills and colorful flora (please note: the park is closed between Jan 21 and Apr 15 because of the breeding season).

Then visit the Tea Museum and Tea Factory to see the process of tea from leaf to cup (closed on Mondays and Good Friday). Proceed to the peaceful Mattupetty Dam and the scenic Kundala Lake, perfect for photographs and a relaxing break. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay, filled with memories of Munnar's green landscapes.

  • 4

Into the Wild – From Tea Hills to Spice Trails in Thekkady

After a hearty breakfast, check out from your hotel and embark on a scenic drive to Thekkady, a haven for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. Nestled amidst dense forests and spice plantations, Thekkady offers a sensory experience like no other.

Upon arrival, gear up for a guided spice plantation tour, where you'll walk through aromatic fields of cardamom, pepper, cloves, turmeric, cumin, coffee, and more, learning about their cultivation and uses. The rest of the day is at leisure.

You may also opt for a boating experience at Periyar Lake (own arrangement; advance booking recommended at periyarfoundation.org to avoid queues). Overnight stay at the hotel in Thekkady.

Drift into Serenity – From Wild Woods to the Backwaters of Alappuzha

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Alappuzha (Alleppey), often called the “Venice of the East” for its enchanting network of lagoons, lakes, and canals. A hub for coir production and black pepper trade, Alappuzha is equally famed for its tranquil backwaters and paddy landscapes.

Glide through narrow canals flanked by swaying palms, witness rustic coir-making villages, and experience the unhurried rhythm of Kerala’s countryside. Enjoy a memorable overnight stay in a hotel or traditional houseboat, floating gently through this watery wonderland.

Farewell Kerala – Until We Meet Again

After breakfast, it's time to bid adieu to God’s Own Country. Our representative will arrange your departure transfer to Cochin Airport or Railway Station as per your schedule.

Whether it was the landscapes, culture, cuisine, or people that stole your heart, may your Kerala escape continue to bring joy long after you've returned home.
